Thursday Bible Study

A Study from the Epistle to the Ephesians

"Oh, grow up!" How many times have you been told that? In fact, when we are "grown up" — at least as far as the calendar is concerned — it smacks of condescension or disgust. Definitely not pleasant!

The writer of the Epistle to the Ephesians makes no bones about telling us to "grow up" — to "grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ" (Eph. 5:14). Fortunately, the writer also goes to great lengths in telling us what that means and how to go about it.

The subject of our study, practicing resurrection, growing up healthy in God and robust in love, is a study in the exuberant, extravagant work of God in the church, in us.

Join us on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. beginning September 1st and finishing November 17th. We’ll meet in Annigoni-Barta Hall.
